I would like to come to Church.
What should I expect?
You should expect to have a warm welcome by a steward as you enter the building.
If you have any disability needs, please let a church steward know.
I am disabled, what facilities do you offer?
Most churches in the circuit have the following:
  • Parking
  • Ramps
  • Disabled Toilets
  • Digital Screens / Large Print books / Tablets to view the hymns and service
  • And more. Please ask a steward for more information.
    When should I arrive at church?
    In general, most people tend to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the service is due to start. This allows people to greet eat other and to find a seat, then some time to be peaceful before the service starts. Service times vary, please check this page to find out what the service times are.
    Where should I park?
    Not all churches have parking spaces. If the church you are visiting has a parking space, please park in a suitable manner, so that other drivers can remove their cars with ease. Some churches do have disabled parking.
    How should I dress?
    There is no longer a strict dress code as there once was. Dressing in smart clothing is preferred. Jeans are allowed.
    How long will church last?
    The service usually lasts aproximately 1 hour, with the sermon lasting no more than 20 minutes.
    Is there childcare?
    Everyone is inviited to attend church. In most circumstances children are welcomed to stay in the service, while some churches tailor for childrens needs specifically by taking them out of the main sanctuary to learn more about God, and Jesus in a more suitable setting.
    For children and babies, parents and carers are invited to share time with their children in sunday school.
    Sunday School teachers and helpers are DBS certified for your childs safety, and your peace of mind.
